poor service

Telkom its a **** with contracts device i apply in 2023 in May initially was paying R349 every-month now my cellphone been blocked telling me that i am owing R863 i don't even know whats that for . customer service platform those guys are useless cant help .their lines can hold for an hours to get help . i am so annoyed i will never apply from Telkom anymore.
