Poor Service

I am really gutted by telkom mobile service... I Pre ordered a phone from one of their branches. I get told stock has arrived. I get to the store b4 they are even open n told lines are down... So I leave the store I get a call from one of the consultants to tell me that the phones in stock are for new customers... How can this be possible I've been waiting for weeks for this device I've got 4 contracts with the network and a new client who hasn't even gone in the shop yet is prioritized over me... They have lost a client in me I will run all my contracts down and take my business to their competitors as clearly they don't value my business.
