Poor service

am very feasted ,I have a R100 contract with them for data , this month only to find out they have suit themselves with 325 and when I call the customer car I find the guy called *** ,HE JUST TALK SHI....T AND SAID MY ACCOUNT WAS SUFFICIENT FUND ,so I must send him my bank statement and he told me they have problems with Std bank ,TElkom is just a p...s of sh....t .now I have lost my money due to poor unprofessional staff
