Poor service

I would like to report a bad service receive throughout the entire day today. Slow to no internet access. Router shows 4G signal but there is slow to no throughput. 2 pocket routers & home router, all these devices uses Telkom sim cards, same results. I really struggle to work the entire day home. I would like this to be address either reimburse me with 5GB of data. Internet started working normal after 6:00 PM.
