Poor service

Very disappointed in the service of Telkom. It's been 3 weeks trying to get my contract upgraded. It seems like they just don't care. I'm waiting for the courier. I have phoned the twice to follow up with no actions. Still waiting. It seems they just don't follow up to see if the courier is doing their jobs. If no actions are taken within the next two days I will then have to cancel and move to MTN. It's been a good run. Thanks telkom
