Poor service

My number was ported out without my knowledge. I received sms confirming if i want to port out. I called telkom and told them that i did not request for a port out and the person I was talking to told me not to respond to the sms. After that port my funds were used without me knowing since my number was not with me. I am highly dissaponted with Telkom as i do not understand how they allowed a port out without verifying that they were speaking to the right person. I will never recommend Telkom to anyone as i trusted them with my number and my details but it was used without my concern and impacted on my other aspects(finance) of my life.
