Poor service!!!!!!

I am so disappointed in Telkom , I called Telkom the first time regarding a promotion that they have that I wanted the consultant informed me I can not get that promotion the next day a other consultant called me informed me that I qualify for the promotion I was soo excited! They send a telkom instaler to my house he informed me that the poles are to far apart they must instal a pole closer and cut trees and its too much work for him he is going to cancel my request and I must call telkom and get a LTE he did not even give me a chance I emailed telkom and they said everything have been canceled without my permission and they will arrange for someone to call me back days went by and I am still waiting for that person to call me back
