Poor service

Good day

i would like to take this time to express my disgust in the way the Telkom Fibre to my home service center has treated me as a customer.

they give you the round around and are very rude when talking over the phone, the keep telling you lies about your service, they never even respond to any of your issues really i am disgusted in their customer service, i have been with out WIFI for almost 15 days and no one can tell me what the issues is nor why it takes 2 weeks to get me connected.
