Poor service

I got a call from a sales representative (Raymond Siribhajan) offering me a upgrade on my wifi and promised my debit amount will remain the same .But since the upgrade my bill has being up monthly .Call center employees don't seem to assist.(Thobelani Nzuza) from billing at Telkom
