POOR SERVICe

<p>I have had a telkom line since February and at first they didn't show up for scheduled appointments (that they made and I had to take of work for) then when we moved it took them one and a half months to just come install the line, once their hwad office even cancelled my line and still expected me to pay.... needless to say I'm still struggling with connection speed.... every time I log a ticket they call and twll me that they're going to send the technician but tgen clise the ticket an half an hour later and say the problem is resolved... somebody has to do something about this I mean ffs</p>
