Poor service
<p>I lost my cellphone on friday and reported the.matter to telkom but from friday till today I didnt get my itc number. Today I called them 3 times then only promise tocome back to me till now I got nothing. Today I spoke to leboh and wendy they are fooling me all of them.</p>
Till today 2017-08-08 they have not resolve the problem. They sent me an email saying i owe them but i spoke to a staff member Melicia at buy mondo and she assured me that they sent cancellation to telkom on the 09-06-2017 . Im confused why telkom is still sending me statement or they are also forcing me to a contract which i did not agree to or maybe i must approach ICASA now
