Poor service

<p>I went to open up a contract with telkom in March,the contract was what they called deal of the month on a Huawei nova 1GB day data and with 10G night express.</p> <p>When I arrived there I asked the consultant(Kgomotso-Kimberley branch) if the deal was available in 2GB day data and 10GB night express and he said yes so I took it,only to find out later that day it's not.</p> <p>So I went back there and he logged the query but nothing happen so I went back there and I was I assisted by a different consultant who told me that the 10GB night express is only available on the 1GB day data and she logged another query for them to migrate me to the 1GB and till now two months later I am still waiting.</p> <p>Nobody ever calls me to tell me what is going on I have to go to the branch every time and wait in the ques which take forever.</p> <p>Wish I just went to Vodacom instead of telkom</p>
