POOR SERVICE

Very disapointed with telkom, i serviced all the monies due to them but they keep sending me messages that i still owe and they are taking judgement agnaist me. the many i owe was paid in full on the 13 of Septemebr 2024. beside that the network has became so terrible. I keep having to restart the router in order work. When you call for assistance most times you are told that they themselves have no network and you must call after 2 hours. I have never seen such bad service and will never take another contract with telkom again. we are in business, we don't have time to chase service providers who are the ones who are supposed to be chasing us.
