Poor service

I have both a capped and uncapped line with telkom, since last monday i have no connection at all, yet you are quick to take debit orders, you hold on the phone for over an hour And calls are dropped, then you decide to use the chat service and then the consultants end the chat!! Chat poor service is this?? You do know that we actually pay for services right??
