Poor service

We went to Telkom . The hillcrest branch on Wednesday, I was initially accompanying him as he wanted to buy data or purchase a new deal which we would pay for every month. After deliberating we decided to go for the aim only deal as it has more data, only to find out that the lady selling us the stuff has the incorrect page open and was explaining the incorrect details.
