Poor service

I've been trying to cancel my contracts with Telkom for the past 2 months, they are giving me the run, when you call the call centre, they put you on hold for over an hour until you give up, I don't want to continue paying such a high amount for contracts that are finished, I should be only left with 1 contract with you, I've been asking you convert the others to prepaid but no one is coming back to me, your Facebook robots are the worst, they reply with no factual information, you never call your clients back if we put in a request. This is the worst service ever, I'm waiting for someone to actually get in touch with and help me. This is upsetting.
