POOR SERVICE

I changed my contract with Telkom on 19 January 2021 to FTTH PROMO. I've been to the George branch 4x to enquire why my previous contract was disconnected/cancelled before installation of the new modem/contract. I was told that a technician will be at my house today to install the new modem. Today someone called from Pretoria to check my address, he was ready to do the installation @ our previous home which we moved from 7 years ago? What utter incompetence!
