Poor service

Despite indicating my displeasure and a simple issue of no service on Hello Peter, it is clear why Telkom is in the position that it is and why there is simply no service because the don't even have the decency to respond to complains. I have to had internet for a month, One lady Maria was helpful when i called to say she will escalate the matter. Let hope
