Poor service

Worst service from Telkom all departments. 2 contracts **********ly opened in my name. Called a number of times to get a case opened eventually went to a branch, not all documents submitted. Thankfully I was called to submit which I did. Now I'm being invoiced for those contracts. When I call or email I don't get a response. There's no time frame for a resolution. I'm being told it's escalated but no feedback.
