Poor service

I had a very bad experience with telkom. I'm very angry with telkom I paid R805 with scan to pay at Tembisa mall branch on the 3rd of March and they debit R1443.83 on the 20th of March. I went to the branch and they couldn't assist me but they told me the is an active debit order for 30th.I cannot pay 3 times in one month. 😑 😒
