I phone telkom on 22 July my phone and internet of line They give me a ref no 29BTK***1 They phone me and say they will come out nobody showed up 24 July Mpho phone me his no *** at 10h45 He promise me he will fix the line and internet on 26 July early the morning Today I Phone Mpho at 15h30 to ask him when will he come He told me he can't come out anymore I must phone Telkom to report the problem again I phone Telkom they give me a new ref no 133 538 My landline no *** still not working How can Telkom make appointment and never come out or phone Please Telkom help me solve this problem
