Poor service

<p>I have engaged with Telkom concerning my account; they're either not interested in their clients or they are abso-***!ng-lutely ******** af. I have phoned countless times to get my query resolved and they keep telling me that they're working on it. Two months later, they're still working on it. This is an acceptable level of incompetence. They should close the shop if they don't have the right staff to operate their business.</p>
