Poor Service

I completed an application for Wifi on the 13 April 2017. I was told it takes 5 day max for a telkom technican to come out and install the new line and configure the Wifi router I purchased at Telkom store Rosebank JHN. I also did not recceive a user name and password. I need my wifi activiated asap for communication with my daugther.
