Poor service

<p>I have been having a problem with my bill, you ripping me off am paying for what exactly? My queries are not being resolved my bill is ridiculous. The call center is useless they not helping maybe I should close my account because am not getting any joy out of it. How can the query be closed without checking your facts. I am so angry yo</p>
