Poor Service

<p>We are a business in Boksburg. Our internet is not working for more than a week now. Without internet we cannot run the bisiness. After many telephone calls we are still waiting for a technician to come to our offices to assist us. When we follow up on our complaint the call center keep on telling us that the technician is on his way. Well it is more than a week now and we are still waiting. We thinking of canceling our service with Telkom and to join Neotel if the technician does not show up today. This is ridiculous</p>
