Poor Service

Took out 20mbps fibre package from Telkom. Since the installation I have not had speeds exceeding 1mbps. On average the speed is 0.9mbps. A package I still need to pay according to them, with unbelievable poor service first from the call center there after from their team that had to phone me to test the speed. Commit to phone me back in 10 minutes and received no phone call. Had to go into a store to get service where I was told someone will phone me.
