Poor service
<p>I run a franchise business that depends 80% on telephonic orders and online orders.</p> <p>My phones and internet are down from the 22/02/2017. Its a complete desaster for me I am loosing +- R8000 in sales daily (average sales per day is approximately R10000. I cannot meet my financial commitments, I am in serious trouble.</p> <p>Telkom response has been shocking to say the least, they have offered me no reliable feedback and when I call I just get pushed from one department to the other. ***</p>

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our technician have picked up a problem in the area affecting other users as well. The matter is being attended to and we're awaiting further info and a possible date and time of repair.

Not good enough, 14 days without a phone line and internet this is completetly unacceptable. Not a single person from telkom has contacted me to date. My business is in serious trouble and telkom does not give a damn.
I run a Debonairs Pizza franchise and without a phoneline and internet line I'm dead man walking. My business has grinded to a complete halt for the last 14 days.
Please please please help !!!!!!!!!! This is a plea out of desperation.
