Poor Service

<p>I have daily since Saturday, reported that a car has crashed into a main green Telkom box. No one has even bothered to visit the box to consider the damage. Telkom even closed the call as being resolved but after phoning in again they reopened it. What a pain as a whole area is out in Florida, Roodepoort.</p> <p>This bunch are not good at service delivery or satisfaction. ADSL lines are down and we get poor service.</p>
