POOR SERVICE

<p>I ordered a phone online through Telkom. I received the phone 2 days ago and phoned the call centre the same day to activate the sim card. By yesterday it was still not active, so I phoned late yesterday again to ensure it is activated. It is now over 48 hours later since I have had the phone and It's still not active.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is shocking service!!!</p>
