poor service

<p>its more than a month after i got fiber from telkom and i cant access my telkom email, i called and mailed multiple times. they dont reply on the mails, and everytime i call they say they fixed it it wil take 10 min or so before i can log in. this is the worst service i have ever gotten from anywhere </p>
