Poor service

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p>I app**** for a new Telkom line online on the 8/2/17 once done I received confirmation via SMS confirming application received.</p> <p>Friday I used my cellphone to call them as no one has been in contact with me as of yet.I stayed on hold for 19 minutes just to be told someone will call me back in a few minutes no one has called me back.</p> <p>I would like a technician to come and install a line please, as soon as possible</p> <p>Thank you</p>
