Poor service

<p>The internet in our area has not been working since 09 December 2016. Thats one whole month today. We have contacted Telkom almost everyday for the past month and the issue has yet to be resolved. Telkom have given us numerous promises that they are working on it, that they will send out a technician and still nothing is being done. Even a supervisor at Telkom told us that there is nothing they can do but wait. I really find it hard to believe that it would take more than a month to sort out this issue. We have not even been given a proper explanation for why the internet is not working or how they plan on resolving the issue. There are businesses in this area that is suffering because of Telkom's "dont care" attitude.</p> <p> </p> <p>This issue needs to be resolved before the end of the week. Many of us have been more than patient and refuse to be so patient any longer!</p>
