Poor service

<p>Years back telkom came to replace a telephone pole which was situated in my back yard, the left the old one saying they'll return to take it out but nothing has happened since then. The old pole has since fallen on my neighbour's wall resulting in pressure from him to remove the pole as it is causing damage to the wall, I have contacted telkom numerous times over the years the most recent was in september this year, consultants always say that they've logged a fault but there has been no joy at all. This pole has nothing to do with me yet it is damaging the boundary wall and causing problems with my neighbour.</p>
