Poor service

<p>Adsl router was hit by lightening. Went to store at Middelburg mall. Staff wer unable to help me. They did not even have stock for adsl routers. They took my details to contact me as they did not have a clue when they would get stock. Called them and they told me that they had received stock but it was again all sold out. Why did they not contact me when the stock arrived. Need to be credited as I am paying a subscriptiion but can not use it due to poor customer service</p>
