Poor service

We took out a telkom(vumatel) fibre package. Vumatel came and installed the vumatel router, to complete installation and activate the internet, we are supposed to contact telkom, we have been trying to contact someone that can assist us for three hours, and nobody seems to be able to help us. So now vumatel contributed to the contract but Telkom isn't doing their part, and at the end of the month they'll want their R807. If anyone is able to help is please contact me.
