Poor service

<p>On the 25 November 2016 I drove from King William's Town to East London to collect my cellphone. I arrived at the store at 18:50. The store was already closed though it's supposed to close at 19:00. Outside the store I met a samsung representative who told me that store always closes before time.</p>
