Poor service

<p>I have app**** for a cellphone upgrade iphone 6s beginning of November already, I have been told no store has the phone. I have not received any communication from the store regarding the progress of this cellphone. I must go to the shop for updates all the time, the consultant advised me to go somewhere else or take another phone if I’m so desperate for a phone I then told her I’m the one who will be paying the contract for 24 months. I haven’t received any communication still but I received numerous sms’s on how Telkom is going to bill me for my upgrade. I am utterly disappointed because though Telkom is cheap as per the consultant I’m still going to pay and just because you guys(TELKOM) are cheap doesn’t mean the service must drop too, cheap or not I am still a paying customer and believe that the cellphone industry is a very competitive industry and any business needs to retain its existing clients. I went as far as calling Apple to ask if they still manufacture the phones as it seems that Telkom mobile has ran out of the phone but they assured me that they still have the phone and have no manufacture problems as far as the iphone 6s is concerned.</p> <p> </p>
