Poor service

Worst company ever.... I have been able to connect using Telkom for years now. Then since Friday I am unable to do so. I called today and spoke to Zinhle who was so rude and she even dropped the call in my ear. All I wanted was to either get assistance or she could have transferred my call to someone who wanted to work. Can someone please try and assist.
