Poor service

The service i received from telkom is a mess, i lost my phone in December and i have submitted a claim but nothing has been done till today.I have sent proof of payment, affidavit, ID copy, statement, claim form everything.I have called numerous times and sent emails to but still no assistance, it has been 2 months already still no assistance.What is shocking is that the last guy i spoke to told me that i need to make another payment in order to receive my phone but i have already made payments already.Telkom is not doing anything regarding this but they are the ones selling us the insurance. I am tired of this already and i need a phone.
