Poor service

<p>Please assist on this now. a consultant called me sometime last week and I agreed to an upgrade. I told him though that i will have to confirm delivery first as I am not in my residencial city. He said they will confirm before delivery and now the parcel is supposedly in east london and I am in jo'urg till i dont know when. I tried calling but you get sent from pillar to post after queing for so long and I do not have airtime for that. I need someone to assist me with this</p>
