Poor service

I have taken up a sim only data deal and want to ensure I have received what I've asked for which is a month to month contract. It is impossible to get through to customer service and the slef service option is very vague. I'm afraid that I will be in a fixed contract as no mention of month to month stated anywhere. Can someone contact me ASAP please!!!
