POOR SERVICE

<p>I bought 2GB data on Sunday but the data never uploaded. I called their call center and logged a case # ********** 7. I was told that the matter will be resolved within 72 hours. I called back again today since the 72 hours had lapsed and I was told that they are still investigating the matter and that someone from their technical department would call me back. I never received the call.</p>
