Poor service

Telkom has been incorrectly debiting me , I then had missed debit orders then when I try to go to their site to pay I was unable to as the amount showed was more than what I owe

I have lodged the query with their store and that hasn’t been attended too

I also try calling their call center but their menu option is unfriendly
