POOR SERVICE

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>This will be the 6th time I’m sending this info.</p> <p>I really are now giving up hope. No one is responding</p> ********** ********** ********** ********** <p> </p> <p>I called the call center about a month ago for the 4th time.</p> <p>I’ve lost my temper and ask I’m looking for a ref for my call.</p> <p>Ref ********** 5</p> <p> </p> <p>Now that I’ve call again now they told me the ref doesn’t exist</p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT THE HELL…</p> <p>I spoke to the team leader,, promise to look in to is and never called back</p> <p>I’ve ask to speak to the head of the department, left a message and still nothing</p> <p> </p> <p>I don’t have any word how to explain how poor is your service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’m sorry but I’ve got no choice to go to the media and report this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
