poor service

<p>i have app**** for a land line connection from them and was told that i would be contacted to get the line installed , instead i get an sms that reads that " order cancelled due to infrastructure constrains" and that they would like to offer me a different product that i never wanted and if im intrested that i should call them again. im not happy with this service its more than bad that i cant explain it.</p>
