Poor service

<p>I'm very much disappointed with the service I've received from Telkom. Went there to apply for their R99 moderm promotion they had 7 days before month end of July . Phillipine the consultant that assisted me took my things and told me she will load them to their system and the following day she will call me to let me know if I approve or not,told her to rather email or sms me as I won't be able to pick up her call . Firstly she was in a hurry to get home, rushing as they "close" at 5pm. At this instance I'm not getting a great service because this lady is thinking of getting home and they want to close the branch. To me it doesn't matter if the client comes in at 16:55pm you still give them a proper service. After 20 days with no feedback no nothing , yesterday I decided to visit the store to find out what happened. Had to wait again for service, told my story to some other consultant, he took my ID to check whether the application was done, he couldn't find my details. Now that's telling me she didn't load the application in the first place and I'm getting different stories regarding the matter. Finally after waiting I spoke to this lady, First and foremost she told me she couldn't load my application because they were out of stock, different to what she told me before and claims that she sent me an email of which she never did, again she's doing all this she's in a hurry to get home, I'm the last customer she's serving and it's 5:30pm. I was waiting for her while she was busy with the other customer. When it was me, she didn't pay much attention to whats happening, poor customer service and no customer interaction. She's busy rushing to get home. I'm very much disappointed, as I was the first time client at Telkom to experience such poor service </p>
