Poor service

<p>Reported a fault since 23may 2016 with several ref numbers and escalated fault but fault is still not fixed.. cant pay for a service i dont have.. im paying for a 4mb line but speed is only 30kb/s very very slow. Customer service told me they dont know when the problem will be solved.... it is very bad service can you please help me... my landline number is ********** 003</p>
