poor service

<p>im very dissapointed in the service i recieved from telkom. upon moving to my new place in Bryanston i found that i wasnt getting any signal from my LTE modem. I called in to get the team to assisit, they called three days later but i unfortunately missed their call, the following day i called in reuesting that they call back but two weekes passed and still nothing. </p> <p>so i decided to buy one of their antena's which was ment to improve the signal for R849 at the Fourways Crossing Telkom branch, the arial didnt work. taking all of this into account i decided to cancell my contract and return the device. up to today im still waiting for my refund of the arial and havent got feedback regarding the cancellation. i dont want to be paying for a servive that im no longer signed up with, i was promised feedback from the manager at the Fourways Crossing branch but that has not happened.</p> <p>My case number is ********** 0, please sort this out Telkom!!</p>
