Poor service

<p>On the 30th of March 2016 Telkom mobile debited my account r2000 instead of r2800 i called the same day to question why they did that the person that was helping me said its fine the r800 will be debited month end of April i asked if his sure he said yes i told him that my phone mustnt be blocked he assured me that will not happen during the april my phone was blocked month end till today my phone is blocked</p>
