Poor service

<p>very disappointed with the level of service fromTelkom direct. Trying to contact the store in Clearwater mall for last 3 days no one answers the phone. I called the express store in Clea****er and received the response to go into the store as a walk in. Also told that there is no regional or head office contact details to raise a complaint. Really disappointed </p>
